2. Who we are
Tundra Hound is a pet bedding company registered in Georgia. Address: 4180 Riverpoint Pkwy, Suite 130, Atlanta, GA 30339.
3. Pricing
Prices listed are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your ship-to state. Promotional pricing and bundle discounts may end without prior notice.
If we list a bed for less than we intend to sell it, we'll email you and offer either a full refund or a chance to pay the difference.
4. Order acceptance
Your checkout submission is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send you the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order — for example if a size is sold out, if a fraud check fails, or if your account history shows excessive returns. Refunds are issued in full if we refuse.
5. Payment
We accept all major U.S.-issued credit cards. Payments charge at order placement. Declined cards mean the order is canceled; we do not retry.
6. Shipping
Free ground shipping in the contiguous 48 states. Orders ship within 2 business days from our Atlanta warehouse and typically arrive 3–6 business days later depending on destination. Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses are available with a surcharge calculated at checkout. We do not ship internationally for the X-Large bed; Medium and Large can be shipped to Canada by request — email us for a quote.
Beds ship vacuum-compressed in a single box. They expand to full size within 24 hours of unboxing; full memory-foam recovery takes 48–72 hours. The bed is fully functional during the recovery period; the foam just continues to firm up. Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier marks the package delivered.
7. The 100-night trial
If your dog doesn't love the bed within 100 nights of delivery, send it back for a full refund. The bed can be slept-on, drool-soaked, fur-covered — all expected and all fine. We pay return shipping in the lower 48. Refunds land on the original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving the bed.
One trial per household. If you've returned a bed before, a second order is final. We donate returned beds in good condition to local rescues and humane societies; non-donatable returns are recycled (the foam and gel layer both recycle locally).
8. Returns outside the 100-night window
Beds returned more than 100 nights after delivery are evaluated case-by-case. We're not strict about the date if the bed has a defect; we are strict if the dog just stopped using it on day 110. Email [email protected] with your order number and what's going on.
9. Refund policy
Refunds for returned beds and defect-related warranty claims land on the original payment method within 5 business days of our receipt. Refunds for canceled orders (canceled before shipment) land within 3 business days. We email a confirmation when the refund is initiated; bank or card processing on your end can add 2–5 business days to when the money shows up.
10. The 1-year warranty
Every bed is warrantied for one year from the date of original purchase against (a) memory foam losing more than 15% of its loft, (b) cooling gel layer failure, (c) cover seam separation under normal use, and (d) any manufacturing defect. To claim, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue. Approved claims are replaced free, including return shipping.
Not covered
- Damage from chewing or digging. No bed survives a dedicated chewer; our covers are reinforced but not chew-proof.
- Excessive soiling. The cover is machine-washable; the inner foam is not.
- Use by dogs heavier than the size rating. A 90 lb dog on the Medium bed will compress the foam faster than the warranty assumes.
- Outdoor use. The bed is designed for indoor use; UV breaks down both the foam and the cover.
11. Acceptable use of the website
You may not (a) attempt to access any non-public area, (b) interfere with site operation, (c) scrape content or pricing, or (d) submit fake orders. Site content is copyright Tundra Hound.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Georgia law. Disputes are submitted to binding arbitration in Cobb County, Georgia, except either party may bring a small-claims action.
14. Changes
We may update these terms; new versions apply to orders placed after the update.
